Multitasking is the practice of doing more than just one task at a time. As far as the question is concerned that whether or not an organization should promote multitasking, the answer is that multitasking involves with it various advantages and disadvantages. This implies that you cannot expect to integrate multitasking into your organization without getting disadvantages. Yes, it does have a number of advantages but they always come with a range of disadvantages.
